Booking Information
Bookings for Festival tours and tastings should be made online, with payment taken at the time of booking.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend all bookings for tours and tastings are made in advance.
All event bookings will receive an email confirming your order, plus a second email from
tickets@eveyevents.com – if you have not received both emails, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us to resend your ticket.
Under 18’s are welcome to join the festival but must be accompanied by an adult. We regret that due to limited space, we cannot offer their attendance on tours and tasting free of charge as per usual and will require an adult to have purchased a full price ticket for them.
Strictly over 18’s for all tasting offerings – we operate Challenge 25 and may require proof of photo ID
We welcome all visitors, but please be aware that the distillery is a working environment with stairs and some parts of the distillery may be unsuitable for prams and wheelchair users.
All distillery offerings will be conducted in English.
Drivers Drams are available to any drivers partaking in a full price tour and tasting. Please make a member of staff aware if you require Driver Drams.
Please note that while there is limited on-street parking available near the distillery, Glen Scotia does not have a car park. It is recommended to seek parking nearby and walk to the distillery.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Refunds can be made in full up to one week prior to the festival (May 14th 2024). No refunds will be provided after this date.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour or tasting to check in for your visit. Guests who arrive 10 minutes or more after their scheduled start time will forfeit their booking and unfortunately no refund will be granted.
We unfortunately cannot amend bookings – if you wish to reschedule, please book in a different day / time and contact us on support@glenscotia.com to cancel your previous booking.
